My name is Sharla Bauer and I am the MS/HS Counselor at Spring Valley. I work with students on academic/career advisement, social and emotional needs. Each and everyone student is unique in their own way and I love to get to know them on a personal level. I am also the District Assessment Coordinator and Student Council Advisor. I am married and the mom of three boys! In my spare time, I enjoy running and exercising, sports, reading, and hanging with my family.

Hello Spring Valley!!  My name is Troy Rudesill and I am the middle school counselor (5-9).  I work with students in the classroom by teaching positive strategies, small groups, and meeting with students individually.  I enjoy coaching, fishing, golfing, video game, and spending time with my wife/family.
